Serena F. I love it! You are such an inspiration Kenneth! I can’t begin to tell you... when I turned 40 it was like my light just dimmed and I stopped doing all the things I loved...namely running! But I’m trying to get back to that part of me and after reading your story well 1) it’s posted to my fridge so I can read it every day and 2) I’m going to go for a run!
