Branden Williams, Founder of One Dope Run Club, Trainer

My name is Branden Williams. I'm 40 years old, was born in Beverly Hills, and grew up in the Inland Empire (Rialto, CA) I had a decent, yet rocky childhood, moved around a lot. My mother battled with drug addiction. I have 3 younger brothers that I pretty much raised growing up.

I began drinking when I was 14 years old. and was a functional alcoholic until the age of 37. It was about 7-8 years ago when I woke up one day and decided I couldn't continue down the path any longer. I was on drinking, eating animal products and I was not active. So I changed my life for the better and haven't looked back since! 

I've been a personal trainer for 4 years now and 2 years ago I was inspired to start a Run Club of my own in San Diego, a club that would serve as a symbol of motivation. inspiration, accountability, positivity, health, and breaking mindsets that plague a lot of us I launched the run club on October 30, 2020.
